I hade to eat and sleep. I sleep in old house or in ditches. My friends live there life and i did not wont help. I did not need it. Man the pain i went through. I prayed every day just for a meal. My close had throughup on them from last week and I was at the best party in placios talking to grils. I prayed for help year after year and I have become a power full man in the lord. I pray for ya'll it is hard and your heart is not there. Just pain. I can not tell you what you need to hear but i can say is pray and read the bible. Dont stand alone stand up!!!!! I know cause i remember the time when we had to help put the fiber glass on the boat and that stuff really eats you alive. But when I go down to Palacios I see alot of the shrimp boats daddy buiit. I went to school there from the third grade on and graduated from Palacios in 1974 I had some great years there growing up. Would like to hear from some of the friends I had going to school. I remeber the bus driver Mr Smith always getting on to me for not sitting down on the bus. He always had to put me on the front of the bus ont he steps. Then there was Mr Deadrick he always caught me chewing gum in his class and of coarse he got on to me and sent me to the office. Then there was Mr. I cant remeber his name but he only had one arm and i quess this is what old age does to you forget the people names but remmber then another way though. I really do miss Palacios and hope that one day i will get to move back down there just to enjoy the last days of my life in the place that i grew up in and enjoyed. I have alot of memeorys there of school and of family time too. We do have our reunion in Palacios every year and sometimes i wonder if i could fine any one i knew. We have it on June 14th every year second week in June. So maybe we might see each other this year.
