The item number and the description of the item to be bid on must be clearly written on the outside of the bid envelope using the above information. Bids must include the bidders name, address, and telephone number. Bidders must bid each item separately. The City of Palacios reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the bids. These items are to be sold on an “As is” basis. Successful bidders will be responsible to make full payment prior to taking possession of the property and must do so within two weeks of the award. Successful bidders must also pay for any costs associated with the transfer of ownership and the transportation of the item from City property.
